Accepted forms of Homeschool identification include: A membership card from ECHO-MN, MHA, MACHE or other homeschool group, a copy of your “Letter of Intent to Continue Homeschooling” or state equivalent, or a copy of your “Initial Report to Superintendent” or state equivalent.
