The Pavek Museum Broadcast Experience introduces 3rd through 6th grade students to the science and history of electronic communication while performing on a live radio station. Covering numerous academic standards, students learn about how electricity was first discovered, the earliest forms of wireless communication, and what the discovery of radio waves did for communication technology. After the go live and on-air on KPAV, 1200 AM, students compete against each other in a TV-style game show to reinforce the lessons of the day.
