Apex Leadership Co transforms school fundraising into an unforgettable, no-cost experience for students—while making life easier than ever for PTAs. Instead of selling products or coordinating complicated events, Apex delivers a fully managed, two-week program packed with leadership lessons, fitness, and fun that students look forward to every single day.
From day one, students are greeted by the Apex team with energy, encouragement, and positivity. Our local leaders become trusted role models on campus, teaching short, engaging leadership lessons that truly resonate with middle schoolers. Over two weeks, students explore themes like courage, integrity, and resilience—skills they’ll use in the classroom, at home, and throughout their future. The lessons are hands-on and interactive, giving students the chance to practice real leadership and build confidence.
As the program unfolds, the excitement grows. Students track their pledges online and proudly share their goals with friends and family, building ownership in the fundraising effort. Each day features recognition, encouragement, and fun challenges that keep kids motivated and strengthen teamwork and school pride.
The grand finale is the Apex fitness event—whether it’s the high-energy Apex Remix or the glowing, vibrant Apex Glow Run. These celebrations are inclusive for all students, with participation based on effort, not athletic ability. Students get to move, cheer each other on, celebrate what they’ve learned, and enjoy the feeling of accomplishing something big together.
