Professional Conferences Are an Effective Part of Our Marketing Program

This past year FIELD TRIP ADVENTURES has exhibited at 14 professional conference marketplaces, distributing Guides and promoting our Partners to interested attendees.

Platinum Partners are invited to join us at no charge at these conferences as exhibit space allows (first come, first served).

Can’t Join Us There? Partners Can Offer a Drawing Prize!

This is another way you can “self-promote” at conferences where FIELD TRIP ADVENTURES exhibits. Attendees can sign up at our booth to win a prize that you offer (usually a free or discounted field trip or assembly, or free entry tickets). We usually have about 10-12 Partner prizes at each conference and do these drawings after the conference. Then we notify the Partners who won their prize, and each Partner gets to be a “hero” and contact their winner. We also notify by email the winners so that when the Partners call them they know it’s “legit”.
